I don't understand the rationale of people that have nice, but fragile electronic devices like phones and tablet and don't have them in cases. Yes, they look cool, but they're fragile and most humans are, well, clumsy, at least some of the time. Why do people feel it necessary to take a chance?
There is nothing indestructible, period. The cases are typically plastic, but even if they're aluminum, they can get scratched up and dented and even the best gorilla glass screen can be broken under the right circumstances.
Smarten up people. Put your nice, fragile electronics in cases. Protect them.
