Nook has done a good job on hardware for years. I thought the Nook ST w/Glowlight, Glowlight Plus (2015) and Glowlight 3 were all better than what the competitors offered as hardware.

But the software is just too bland (and on the Glowlight 3, buggy).

I wish I could slap some Kobo firmware on my Nooks.
