This update killed the ability to sideload books onto Kobo Books! The share sheet no longer has the option to Copy to Kobo Books application (Kindle and Apple Books still is there). Contacted their support and they confirm their app needs updating to accommodate the new share scheme. They recommended iTunes or waiting
