What f/w version are you on?

If you use calibre are any errors reported? Better still use the Kobo Utilities plugin and do a database check.

I'm on 4.17.13651 (last libra update)

Calibre doesn't recognise de libra yet (need update)

I'll try the kobo utility to see if something turns up

Even so, maybe i can do a hard reset?
