I've never applied an individual patch. I always used the collection of patches, enabling only the patches I need within it.
So, can I use the previous version's collection of patches, simply indicating YES for this particular patch allowing searches in extra dictionaries and NO for all other patches? Is this the way to do it?

PS I just saw the new patch will be officially released in a few days so it is not a pressing issue but I still would like to know for future reference...
