Ok, I have installed everything again on my mini, after 4 reboot, a long click/info on kfmon log and another reboot Koreader works! Plato doesn't work though.
Idk if this is the right procedure or only luck but whatever lol

I haven't tried it again on my H2O because had inserted all the icons (all 300? I believe) in the library, probably this is caused by the new firmware 4.17.xx, I read in the forum that it happened to others that the kobo showed the system images in the library
