Given the lack of physiological plausibility and absence of a convincing proposed mechanism of harm from high-frequency PWM, even a single ordinary controlled study wouldn't impress me all that much unless it was very impressively large and free of flaws/counfounders/bias potential. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
