I don't remember the fine print very well, but I am positive that I think
that there was a date that you had to purchase-by, and a separate, later date that Audible had-to-send-by, and another date that you had to use-by. Maybe Audible's had-to-send-by date hasn't arrived yet?
Did anyone copy or take a screen shot of the fine print?
This serves as a reminder to me, when I make such a post, to reveal the fine print, as a spoiler, or outright, probably at the bottom of a post.
