Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark There are 3 books and there is a less costly combo of all three here.

For audiobooks, this Alfred Hitchcock one is a favorite that we listened to endlessly as kids. Now on Audible. Yep, bought it and listen to it every year.

Peter Straub's Ghost Story is a ghost story, but not a Halloween one. I bought the Audible one.

Haven't read this yet, but the anthology is $1.99 at Amazon. Edited by Stephen King.
Six Scary Stories

I'll be watching this thread too. Many of the horror stories of today aren't Halloween or ghost stories, so they are hard to find.
