Yes there’s a patch to make it just your books, library, and collection (things like pocket may rotate in I just don’t use pocket) and nothing from Kobo.
You’re still limited to 4 currently reading though as this is essentially hardcoded into the firmware
However patches for 4.16 don’t exist as of yet.
