In terme of update for Gen 3 i would say
- folders
- pdf support yet again.

As for an eventual gen 4
one of the anoyance is the usb cable. The protection over it is anoying when you want to plug a cable, and requiers you to get the reader out of the jacket.

While of some point i would like having a biger screen (to read pdf properly) , it have the avantage to be small and light when you carry it around every day.

Not being ale to take notes was a disapointement. But then, the only way would be a touch screen -> more expensive. I have no idea how much though.
Maybe have more than one device at the same time, so as to attract more users

What where some talking about the source ? they seam to be availible on the website.
