i think you will find a .db database file in the same folder as the bookari install.
backup that folder using file utilities.
alternatively - they sell a cloud option with a free for some functions option. it could be that you can use that to get them into their cloud, and you can view that from a PC
i used to be a fan, but their customer support is useless and after they screwed up by breaking features in multiple updates I switched to Moon+, never went back
