The "add all" link worked for me. Had to delete two that I had, but it was really simple.

You can maybe try this add-all-to-Amazon(US)-cart link. I don't know if it works, still. You get an error for every book that's already in your library upon checkout. You can delete them easily enough, but it might be easier to just 1-click through the individual book pages, anyway. LOL  |
