Be like most bread bakers, just use a common ol' ceramic or plastic bowl or correct shaped similar container for wetter doughs that need support. Otherwise prove on a baking sheet ready for the oven. It helps to put it in a plastic bag.
After trying that for a while decide whether you actually need a fancy proofing basket (aka Bannetons), you likely won't so you'll have got away with free and there is not much cheaper than that.
Sell your lame to someone who thinks that they need one and sharpen one of your kitchen knives and use that.
For a bakers' scraper have a look in the paint and decorating section of a good hardware store and find something in metal that looks as if it will do the job. You will likely find these can be got in stainless steel too and with handles as well, plus ultra cheap cos they are just common old tools without a fancy name.
If (when?) you get sick of the lengthy bread baking process you may wish to put all the saved money towards a good breadmaker
