i've had a kobo clara hd for a couple of months and completely fell in love with it. without having applied any pressure or dropping it in any way (i had just used it less than an hour ago and it was fine) i took it out of my bag again and a corner of the screen appeared to be smashed, leaving me devastated.
i would get the same one again and try to be even more careful this time, maybe sew an extra cushioned case on top of the first case, my partner who gifted me this reader says that's madness though and doesn't want to trust any kobo product ever again.
so do you have any recommendations for very resistant readers? my only other requirement is that i really love the pocket fusion that syncs articles you've saved on the internet instantly...
thank you so much! i love this forum and i was very excited to try the different mods people have developed for kobo, now i'm just very sad.
