When I ejected the Forma and reviewed the EnergySavings Settings, The "Automatically Power off After' field was on "5 minutes". I guess this method does not work anymore.

I guess it's time to try the "patching" method.
Try setting it to 240 in the config file, and don't visit the setting in the GUI. Than see how long it takes to power off. Visiting the GUI may change it back to some default.
