Thanks for your reply. In the /.kobo/Kobo/Kobo eReader.conf file, I found the PowerOptions section you quoted.

When I ejected the Forma and reviewed the EnergySavings Settings, The "Automatically Power off After' field was on "5 minutes".
I guess this method does not work anymore.
I guess it's time to try the "patching" method.
