I lifted the title as it was from the YouTube. The OP would have posted the song verbatim, matching the starting line of the lyrics. However, Sikandar is a valid name. Alexander is called Sikandar in Persian and Middle Eastern languages and the same name came into Urdu. He was called “Alakshendra” in Sanskrit, but Hindi language being near to Urdu adopted the name Sikandar. In this case, Muqaddar Ka Sikandar is also the title of the movie which literally means 'someone who conquers his destiny', and Sikandar is the name of the lead character.
