I have to admit, I get really nasty on the subject. I see women carrying around these huge unneeded (and I don't want to hear it) purses that kill their backs or worse, take up a ton of room in space that could fit an entire other human in a car. Why anyone feels the need to destroy their back, or be slamming the other people on the bus or subway with something over packed with useless crap like old meds and chewed gum I cannot for the life of me figure out. Worse are the ones who have 50 books, 8 diapers and the canceled receipts from he last two years.

And for the record (and sorry for that rant) I'm NOT against purses, or bags. I simply have very little patience with something that winds up taking up my personal space. After all, I get things like e-readers and other "gadgets" to minimize, not add more to the pile.

(I feel dirty now)
