When will the Canadian copyright expire on it? Once it does, the ebook should appear on the Internet Archive or some site like that.
Every now and then, I run up on a publisher which states that they're interested in reprinting books, and to send them one or more suggestions. It seems like I see that on some big publishers' websites, but mostly it's the small ones.
