We talked about getting rid of Book View for years. We warned that Book View was eventually going away for years. It's not my problem if people didn't listen (or assumed we'd never actually go through with it). The writing was on the wall
forever. Now it's time to adjust, or stick with the versions you prefer. Both have their merits.
