Just preorder and you should get it right away. If not, check the Manage my Kindle page and download from there (it takes a couple of minutes on Whispernet, it's a huge file.

Hmmm .... not working that way for me. I pre-ordered it maybe an hour ago (?) and even on the Manage My Kindle page, it is still just sitting there in pre-order status. So, I can't download it.
Odd that some people would be able to and others not ...
