It doesn't officially release until march 26 . but, it is out "early" (was supposed by be april 24 originally, so not really), thus it is still in pre-order status on the order page. But, it is out and already on my Kindles.
Just preorder and you should get it right away. If not, check the Manage my Kindle page and download from there (it takes a couple of minutes on Whispernet, it's a huge file.
