Hi All,
I'm putting together a Box Set of 3 of my books and used Calibre's plug in for Ebook Merge. Everything seemed to go fine until I tried to upload the document to Smashwords where it failed the Epub check. I got the following error codes:

-Error while parsing file 'attribute "value" not allowed here; expected attribute "dir", "id", "lang", "style", "title" or "xml:lang"'. (ERROR)
-Error while parsing file 'value of attribute "id" is invalid; must be an XML name without colons'. (ERROR)

None of the three individual books had these codes so I'm a bit stumped. Any help is much appreciated!
