I assume by 'images' you are referring to the cover.jpg files in the book folders.

How did you "copy your Calibre to OneDrive"? Given the covers are all named 'cover.jpg' it could be that whatever you used decided it had already copied one 'cover.jpg', so it ignored the rest.

Don't laugh, I saw it happen once before, can't recall the culprit - either the copy program, or the target file system.
