Handle website change at OverDrive. Sign in using an OverDrive account instead of a library-specific account is no longer supported. This fix is not fully tested. Further changes may be required. (Fixes "Server response error (missing "script id=model")")
Internal changes in preparation for the planned switch in calibre from Python 2 to Python 3.

This release contains a possible fix for the OverDrive library sign in problem, but it may not be complete. I am only able to test with my own local library.
As part of this change I had to disable the feature to sign in using an OverDrive account (email/password). If you have been using this sign in method than you will need to use the credentials (card number/pin) for each individual OverDrive library instead.
