I owned several Kindles in the past and while there might be a few carrot and stick diamonds in the rough books in kindle unlimited selection most the books are bad, according to my taste, if they weren't bad then they wouldn't be in kindle unlimited but selling individually based on their own merits. But there is no argument over taste : De gustibus non est disputandum,
Anyway, I own a NOOK and if they end support for it I'll just buy books from kobo and amazon then strip the DRM and add it to my Nook glowlight plus 7.8inch via Calibre. I already have 91 books on it and since I read about 50 books a year that selection should last about 2 years.
