Temporary Virtual Library dismissal

From Working with Virtual libraries

Quote:
You can quickly use the current search as a temporary virtual library by clicking the Virtual library button and choosing the *current search entry.
  • When I do that the temporary VL occupies the All Books tab.

If I was in All Books its tab title set to the search term (e.g. *authors:"=Better Red")

If I'm in another VL (e.g. Has Location), then the All Books tab is still the one that's occupied, but its title will be the Has Location expression anded with search expression in the search bar e.g. *((#location:true) and (authors:"=Better Red"))
  • I can't see any obvious way of removing the temporary VL.

If I move the 'occupied' tab (drag sideways), the list reverts to the occupied tabs normal state (i.e. All books), but the tab title remains as the temporary search term (e.g. authors:"=Better Red") and the only way I've found to fix that is a Restart.

IMO would be better if a temporary VL created a temporary tab for itself, and there was an explicit way of 'dismissing' it.
