I like Blueletterbible dot org because you can turn on the Strong's Concordance numbers. For study, that's a great feature.
I also like Biblegateway dot com for the commentaries, in particular the Reformation Study Bible commentary (just started using this one) and the Matthew Henry commentary.
Biblestudytools dot com is nice for the parallel Bible option, but I've not used it yet.
