I will assume the languages are listed in the Tag Browser?
If you see it there, there is a book that has metadata that said that.
It may be wrongly marked internally. After checking (view the book), correct the 'Language' in Calibre, then use
Polish or
Embed Metadata tools that are part of Calibre (you can also edit the book)
Enable Hierarchical tagging for Series and Tags:
Thriller.Horror
Pern.Harper Hall
These will appear nested in the tag browser
