'Skipped' is what indicates that it's the library (or included more than once in the url list given). Otherwise it would Rejected or Error.

The comment in the FFF log for Skipped will say one of:
  • Already contains %d chapters.
  • Not Overwriting, web site is not newer.
  • Story in Series Anthology(<series name>)
  • Same story already included.
  • Skipping duplicate story.
  • More than one identical book by Identifier URL or title/author(s)--can't tell which book to update/overwrite.
  • Existing epub contains %d chapters, web site only has %d. Use Overwrite to force update.
  • FanFicFare doesn't recognize chapters in existing epub, epub is probably from a different source. Use Overwrite to force update.
