Just a trick that may be useful to those doing text editing on EPD, using the LibreOffice family, presumably through some desktop remote way or a monitor connection:
you will very probably want to center the page. Contrary to fast-switching screens, on EPD you want the screen to scroll as little as possible, the view to be fixed as much as possible. On LibreOffice, the command called
"[View > Zoom > ] Entire Page"
also centers the page(s) in the view. You will want to bind that command to (e.g.) a function key, through "[Menu] Tools > Customize > [Tab] Keyboard".
So you can center the page(s) on the screen with a key stroke. The trick is needed because default page scrolling ([PgUp], [PgDown]) may move the page(s) in random positions.
(I assume one also exploits the real estate without waste - fullscreen is [CTRL]+[Shift]+[J] ).
...Still pending: to (re-)test native, updated Android solutions. One day. The "Explore/Exploit" options dichotomy as expected leans more and more towards Exploitation with time.
