It's too big to convert, either get more memory or buy a Kindle version from Amazon, assuming they have it.
Convert-ability is a function of the complexity of a book rather than its megabyte size. And, that book looks like it might be be a Fixed Format layout - they don't convert well, or don't convert at all.
