I edit all my books. Actually the editing takes less time than fixing the metadata (titles, covers, descriptions etc), unless the formatting is ultra-terrible, which is rare these days, even for self-pubs. Usually it takes a couple of minutes per book, sometimes a bit more. I don't mind the time spent on it.
