Thanks, everyone! I'm still chugging water and coffee and juice just trying to push whatever it is out of my skin. Sweating is painful, so working out (which is a daily staple for me) has all but been abandoned.

I am 4 days into a new course of medication and it might be slowly starting to help? I'm not willing to believe it yet.
