I'm pretty sure all eInk devices get their screens from the same manufacturer, eInk. I believe the 6" Kindle, Clara and Glowlight 3 all use the same screen.

At any rate, eInk screens themselves don't produce light. The difference would be in the LEDs used. I haven't seen a Tolino or Oasis 3, but it sounds like they use yellow LEDs and the Clara and Glowlight 3 use orange.
