Orange vs Yellow "comfort" LEDs

I was looking at the eBook Reader's video review of the Oasis 3 and realized the "comfort" light range matched my Tolino Vision 4 (more yellow than orange). I had recently seen video reviews for the Pocketbook Touch HD 3 and it seemed to have the same comfort light range as well.

But when I was able to test the Nook Glowlight 3 and, as the videos I've seen of Kobo eReaders show, these are a much darker orange. I'm just curious what causes this drastic difference? Different screen makers? It seems like it's an either/or thing. It's either the darker orange screens or the lighter (almost) yellow screens. Or is it just how each maker chooses to adjust or "mix" the LED light?

At any rate, just curious if anyone knows what the deal is here.
