No promises; but once we've worked a few kinks out of the change to WebEngine and have something pretty solid, I may see if I can get a 32-bit build of our patched Qt5/WebEngine together--if I can find some time. If so, I'll try to release one more 32-bit version of Sigil. But as noted in all the release notes and the wiki entries and the sticky threads here, the 32-bit builds pretty-much over. They're not something I'm willing to spend much time on any more.
