Guess noone can help.
I did find a workaround if anyone has similar problems:
Converted the epub into zip with Calibre then got the jpg-s from the zip, sorted them properly and compressed just the images into a zip. Then renamed extension to cbz and used an online converter to convert the cbz into pdf.
The only problem is that somehow the quality got worse a bit but that's the best I could do...
