I did a quick search using advanced search with keyword forma, show threads, sort by thread start date. 9 pages of hits but I backed up to the 8th page.

Doing that came up with several threads from September 2018. The one that might be called the main Forma thread was: New Kobo reader: The Forma/Shape.
