Yeah--this is what always happens when people do not follow-up with a proper will. Even in their 60s, for crying out loud; people drop dead all the damn time. As fearful as people are, of dying and all that, is it really better to think of your relatives fighting over your estate, or butthurtness because you forgot to give that vase (you promised) to Aunty Susan?
