No, it is not back. It never left. Why? Because NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I have NOT FIXED THIS PROBLEM. When I do, I will mention it here. If you are only seeing it sometimes, it is because of something in the book. Which I'm pretty sure I said the first time you reported the problem.
