Monday I have to talk with an Unemployment Case Worker. I look forward to that with the same joy I would have changing a tire in a sleet storm . . .
I'm a highly specialized computer programmer. I'm also 62 years old. Retraining at my age is a joke. I'm under consideration for 5 jobs, none of which have responded yet.
But I expect to have to deal with a Government HR type, telling me how I need to be "flexible". . . .
