One stipulation bugs me:
"All of your VIP Rewards books will remain in your library as long as you remain a member." So basically you're just borrowing the audiobooks. Why not just borrow audiobooks from your public library, and save the cost of the membership?

The upside is that Audiobooks.com's VIP selection looks pretty good.
