That's not a crash in calibre code, looks like it is crashing in some secondary thread dues to object lifetime issues with some coca objects. calibre does not use any secondary threds with cocoa objects. That said, it could be some dependency of calibre's, the upcoming calibre 4 will have updated all dependencies across the board, so that might fix it, in the meantime just ignore it as it wont break anything (other than temporary file removal at exit).
