I am creating spine labels with these parts of information and barcode's so I can easy find my books, en see if they are in the right shelf etc.
IMHO use the command line interface: calibredb --list (read the manual page for complete syntax and filtering) to generate a CSV file (used by most spreadsheets )
OR

Make a CSV Catalog: Right click the CONVERSION Icon: Catalog: set the type to CSV (the options tab will appear): set your choices there
