@Odyssee - can you see the jacket in the calibre desktop viewer?

I converted Kovid's DOCX Demo to EPUB, on a freshly installed 3.46 install, the only thing I changed was to tick the "Gimme a jacket" box in Structure Detection - this is what I see in the viewer
