I've attached a screenshot of that page open on a Clara HD. Personally, only desperation would have me using an eInk screen with a web browser. As for connecting to WiFI? My Kobo ereader collection has not had many issues connecting to my WiFi at home and at work where I control the system. I've had a couple of issues with hotspot WiFi but the later firmware has corrected most of those issues.
