After experimenting with various cases for my Oasis 2, including the official Amazon water-safe fabric cover, I ended up preferring to read the Oasis without any cover. Because the back is slippery and I have small hands, I attached this phone grip handle, which allows me to read comfortably with one hand even when I'm lying down and holding the Oasis somewhat above me.

When I'm not reading, my Oasis lives in a nice sleeve case.

Both of these items should work with the Oasis 3. I'm currently debating about whether to trade in one of my Voyages, which is showing signs of battery deterioration, for a new Oasis 3. The trade-in deal would bring the price of the model I want down to $150. Tempting!
