Looking through the log, the problem looks to be an annotation on the book "Apt Pupil". Instead of an actual timestamp for when the book was last read, it has the words "CURRENT_TIMESTAMP". Marking the book as read or unread, or opening it again will probably fix the problem.

Thank you very much. Once you pointed out the error, I noticed there was a second book showing "CURRENT_TIMESTAMP" instead of the date, and marking them both as read from the kobo, as you suggested, fixed the issue.
